When you contact us for a quote or hire us for any tree service, you agree to these terms. We provide professional tree care services including removal, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency work throughout Lake Stevens, WA and surrounding areas.
We offer tree removal, emergency tree services, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, hazardous tree removal, land clearing, cabling and bracing, and storm cleanup. All work is performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.
Each job begins with a free estimate. Once you approve the quote, we schedule the work at a time that works for you. We aim to complete projects on time and leave your property clean.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may request a deposit before starting work.
If you cancel a scheduled service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling costs.
You agree to provide clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that might be in the way. If we need to enter your property through gates or fenced areas, you will provide access or keys.
While we work, please keep children and pets indoors or away from the work zone. Tree work involves heavy equipment and falling branches, and safety is our top priority.
You are responsible for obtaining any permits required by your city or county before we begin work. We can advise you on local regulations, but securing permits is the property owner's responsibility. We follow all local codes and safety standards when performing tree services.
EZ-Crew Lake Stevens Tree Service carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden structures unless you provide accurate location information before we start.
We take care to protect your property, but some lawn damage may occur from heavy equipment. We will discuss this with you during the estimate and take reasonable steps to minimize impact.
Tree work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule if conditions are unsafe, including high winds, heavy rain, or ice. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather forces us to delay your project.
If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be solved with a simple conversation.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled according to Washington State law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes to these terms.
